About Better Coaching

We built Better Coaching because the alternatives were bloated, expensive, and weak on the things coaches actually do. Kajabi at $499/mo bolts 1-on-1 onto a courses-first product via Calendly and Zoom. We thought live coaching deserved to be a first-class workflow — booking, payment, calendar, video room, and recording in one branded flow on your domain.

What we believe

• Tooling should compound your time, not consume it.
• Live video is the product, not an integration.
• Mobile-first isn't optional — half your members are on a phone.
• You should own your customer list, your content, and your billing.

Solo coach or multi-coach roster — same platform

Run it as a single-coach SaaS with Stripe under your own account, or onboard a roster of coaches via built-in Stripe Connect. Each coach connects their own Stripe, payouts go directly to them, you set the platform fee. No competitor in the coaching/membership category does this — Kajabi's docs explicitly say one Stripe per site. If you're an agency, a church, a fitness collective, or a coaching network, this is the part that wasn't possible before.

Where we're going

The core is here: courses, downloads, 1-on-1 booking with payments, branded webinars, tiered memberships, multi-coach Connect, branded iOS app, a self-serve importer from Kajabi/Teachable/Kit, community, quizzes and certificates, coupons, affiliates, course-copy AI assist, and API v1. AI quiz generation is not built yet. We ship in public.
